2. Products and Custom Orders

  • Handmade Variance: Many of our items are handmade or custom-embroidered. You acknowledge that slight variations in color, stitching, and placement are a natural part of the artistic process and do not constitute a defect.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Custom Commissions: For custom work, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information (sizes, spelling, etc.). We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) or USD (American Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Since many items are made-to-order, processing times may vary. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or via email.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Atelier Sheena are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post).

  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to their order by their respective countries.

5. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
