2. Intellectual Property & Fan Art Disclaimer

  • Ownership of Craftsmanship: All original layouts, specific artistic interpretations, embroidery digitizing files, and photography created by Atelier Sheena are our intellectual property. These works represent our unique creative labor and may not be reproduced or resold without permission. 

  • Source Material & Copyright: We acknowledge that certain designs offered are "fan-made" artistic interpretations of characters or themes owned by third-party copyright holders. Atelier Sheena does not claim ownership of the original characters, names, or trademarks belonging to these entities. Some designs we work with other artists are also with their permission and bought license.

  • Angel Policy & Fair Use: Our works are created under the spirit of "Angel Policies" and fan-art conventions—produced in small, handcrafted batches for personal use by fans. We do not engage in mass production or unauthorized commercial licensing.

  • Respect for Creators: We hold deep respect for original creators and intellectual property owners. If you are a copyright holder and believe a specific artistic interpretation on this site exceeds fair use or violates your guidelines, please contact us at admin@ateliersheena.com, and we will address the matter immediately.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current (e.g., slight color variations in digital photos vs. physical products). We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

4. Custom Works & Commissions

For all custom orders and commissions:

  • Approval: Final designs must be approved by the client before production begins.

  • Liability: Atelier Sheena is not liable for errors in personalized text or design choices once the client has provided final approval.

  • Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started and is considered a "final sale".

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Manitoba, Atelier Sheena shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products purchased.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
