Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting our small business! We strive to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping operations.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within two to five business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
- As majority of our items are made-to-order and is not stocked, order processing may take up to five days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control. Delivery Time does not include order processing time and will start once the order is shipped.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our United States customers, please be aware of the following:

Import Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Responsibility: Atelier Sheena is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes: Canadian customers will be charged GST/HST based on their province of residence.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Canada: We ship to P.O. Boxes via Canada Post.

USA: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Damages & Missing Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at sales@ateliersheena.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us.
